Japanese Taco Rice Bowl

If you want your rice to be less sticky, you will need to rinse it before cooking it. This removes the powdery starch that builds up around the grains during transport.

Cook Time:  30 mins.

Includes: Short-grain sushi rice, cheese, romaine lettuce, organic ground beef, cherry tomatoes, fresh ginger, garlic.

Fuud Sauce Mix:

½ tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp ground cumin, ½ tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp sweet paprika, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sweet miso paste, 1/2 cup water.

Salsa Mix:

3 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 mirin, 1 tbsp soy sauce

From Your Kitchen:

Olive oil, salt and pepper.
