Kimchi Udon Noodle Stir Fry

Prepare your noodles so that they are al dente and still have some bite. For most noodles, this means cooking them for a few minutes in boiling water, but with these fresh udon, simply put them straight in the pan to warm for 5 minutes.

Prep time: 20 minutes

Ingredients: Udon noodles, kimchi, bacon, green onion, Korean roasted seaweed, farmer eggs, stir fry sauce.
