Lamb Chops with Dandelion Greens + Cherry Bomb

Almost a year ago we attended the Italian Cultural Centre's weekly cookup and the chef's treated those in attendance to a three course, hands on, cooking adventure. Dandelion Greens were featured and we were amazed at how well these backyard little beauties cooked up with a little butter.

They are bitter so we have paired them with a sweet 'cherry bomb' and a small bunch of swiss chard. Enjoy!
