Tortellini with Farmer Sausage and Green Beans
First and foremost, wash your green beans in a colander under cold water. Next “tail”
the beans by snapping off each end. Remember that green beans can be eaten (and enjoyed) raw so if you prefer a snappier bean, start cooking the sausage meat and beans at the same time.
