'Beef' and Broccoli Tempeh

If you would like to add a little extra flavour, marinate the tempeh overnight in the sauce mix that you make in Step 2. Slicing the tempeh to 1/4 inch think allows just the right amount of crispiness on the edges while retaining a nice, chewy interior.
