Meet Michael Turner Winning,'s New Culinary Director!

This week, I sat down with our new Culinary Director, Michael Turner Winning, to talk about food, Fuud, and what subscribers can look forward to in coming recipes (and more!)

Michael brings a world of experience to Fuud. The majority of his career has been spent cooking across the globe, in over 80 countries and 400 cities!

A born and raised Vancouverite, Michael had a passion for cooking instilled in him at a young age; his grandparents (both chefs) enlisted his help in running their resort on Vancouver Island, and passed onto him their love of food.

Michael describes himself as progressive Pacific North West Chef, classically trained in the European style. He has a passion for seafood and is inspired by the incredible variety available on the West Coast

Michael has some amazing things in store for Fuudies. Look forward to Pacific Northwest dishes infused with a variety of eclectic global flavours. Michael is also committed to focusing on reusable and compostable packaging in Fuud's quest to become a "Zero Waste" organization.

Michael will be working on expanding the variety of meal sizes; look forward to future "Party" packages a well as other artisan Fuud condiments, dips and spreads! Most exciting (to me at least), are Michael's plans to host Fuud demos and workshops, helping people explore and cultivate their love of cooking.
